Barley Birds is a pretty painterly design depicting birds flying amongst the ivy. This wallpaper is Charlotte's version of a wallpaper she found in an old house on the Northumbrian coast. Charlotte thinks the original design might have been from a 50-60s wallpaper, which is long since been out of print, because Charlotte can find no reference to it anywhere. Charlotte says she is always careful when creating a representation of an old design, Charlotte likes to always know the history behind a design but she loves creating design archaeology and making her version using more modern colours.
The wallpaper is sold in rolls
52cm wide by 10m long Pattern repeat is 52cm half drop repeat The wallpaper is ‘paste the wall’ and you can use any kind of wallpaper paste
All the wallpaper is printed to order, the minimum order is 1 roll for retail and 2 rolls for trade customers The lead time is 14-21 days depending how busy the printers are, if you visit the FAQ page we show current lead times
