Camilla was named after my very first sale of wallpaper. I had no names for my designs at the time and I had just been showing my fabric samples on Instagram. It did not occur to me that I had to give names to my creations. I was delighted to get a call from Camilla to ask to see some of my fabrics. I actually created this design as a wallpaper for her drawing room. I was so new to this business I had no idea what was involved to produce my own wallpaper and fabric commercially. I was so grateful for this first sale because it pushed me in the right direction and now I am where I am today. Camilla design is a classic and can look striking or subtle, I have created a few other colour ways, it is great for headboards, curtains and blinds and is happy to sit in a modern setting as a highlight pattern which will not take over a whole scheme.
