Trade account

If you are interested in a trade account, we would like to see that you are a tangible, operating interior design business. We can give you a quick answer if we can see who you are and you have a website which meets our requirements.

To Apply for a trade account please email us with the following information

1. Name
2. Company name
3. Website (if you do not have an interiors industry website, it will be a NO to a trade account, please see note below.)
4. VAT/Company number

We are sorry but we can't accept the following websites or social media platforms.
1. One page websites- one page with just contact details
2. Under construction websites
3. Facebook pages
4. Instagram accounts
5. Sorry but we make no exceptions

If you do not hear back from us within 24 hours your trade account has been unsuccessful. Please do not telephone us for a result of your trade application we do not give results over the phone.

Note: Often we are telephoned to ask if we offer trade accounts. Customers are disappointed when we say they need to have a website before we can consider them for a trade account. Often they tell us they have been trading for many years and have many other accounts. We are sorry but Charlotte Gaisford takes giving a trade account very seriously and Charlotte Gaisford will not give trade prices to an enquiry she cannot see and does not know. She can't give a trade account over the phone and she cannot make any exceptions. Having trade accounts with other companies does not mean an automatic trade account with Charlotte Gaisford. We are based in rural Northumberland so the only way to see you as a company is online.

We are often told by customers that they have not created a website because they have no time or feel they do not need one. It is important to us and well worth making your company look professional online and more often than not we can give you a trade account if we can see who you are, what you do.
