Lead Times

Normally the lead times are:

Fabric is 10-14 days
Wallpaper is 10-14 days

International lead times are 14-21 days

The printing process for fabric and wallpaper is not an instant process. There are quite a few stages it has to go through before they are ready to send out. As soon as your order has been sent to the printers it will be put into work and the printers work very hard to move your order through as quickly as possible.

The lead times we give you are an estimate, it could be quicker it could be slightly longer. The printers do not print in a chronological order, we do not know exactly when they are going to send your products because they are sent direct from them, using their shipping systems.

More often than not the printers print well within the lead times, they try to get everything out as quickly as possible.
Lead times depend on how busy the printers are and we update our lead times accordingly. The Busy times are October-November for orders for per Christmas delivery.

Christmas and New Year is a longer lead time because the printers take 2 weeks off over the holidays. If you want delivery before Christmas please check with us the last orders date. It can take them some time to get going after the holidays, this is why things can take a little longer around this time.

It does take time to print our products and you are ordering a bespoke product printed to your requirements. We do not have stock everything is printed to order.
