It is a half drop repeat which makes it a relaxing print to look at, straight repeat would look too regimented for this kind of design. The wallpaper would be so pretty in a bedroom, hallway or even downstairs cloakroom. There is lots of interest and detail in the pattern but it will not take over the decoration of a room because it is mainly one colour. This design is simple to match with other fabric pattens.
